Working Outdoors Today

I was practicing working with granite today, but it is just too hot to wear PPE in this heat.

Working with wood was a much better way to go. This piece will be a simple Viking head in 

Basswood. I’ve done these before, and it’s a fun project. I’ve never done one this large 

before. In the future I’d like to do one in granite.
